"The First Reconciliation"

“My child, you have overcome the poison of jealousy and competition. My true peace is now dawning in your heart, for I have redeemed your identity. You are becoming a person of deep peace, one who no longer operates from pride and shame. I am so proud of you for constantly renewing your mind and making every effort to enter into MY REST. “

The Lord offers a resting place for us in His luxurious love. His tracks take us to an oasis of peace near the quiet brook of bliss. That’s where He restores and revives our life. He opens before us the right path and leads us along in his footsteps of righteousness. - Psalm 23

Someone shared a testimony saying, “God has stored many unfulfilled dreams on Earth, sealed away in countless massive drawers that fill the entire globe.“ Inspired by this, I cast the shepherding love of Psalm 23 onto humanity’s earliest story. I dreamed of another ending for Cain & Abel: one where Cain laid down his pride and jealousy, laboring alongside Abel in humility.

The two of them, in joyful harmony, praised and appreciated one another. This vision of “brothers in fellowship“ can surely be one of the most poignant among those many unfulfilled dreams of the Lord.
